As Chief Financial Officer at Maya Romanoff, Eileen Roman leads all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring that strategy, resources, and creative vision work seamlessly together. Since joining the company in 2023, she has drawn on her wide-ranging experience in finance leadership—spanning companies of all sizes and industries—to strengthen MAYA’s foundation for continued growth.
Eileen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is passionate about building collaborative partnerships across the organization and aligning financial strategy with the company’s mission of creating extraordinary products.
A lifelong lover of the water, Eileen grew up as a competitive swimmer and still feels most at home near it—whether boating or strolling along the shore with her dogs. She also enjoys cooking, solving puzzles, and discovering new foods and wines. Eileen is married to Mark, and together they embrace life’s adventures both near and far.
