Under Joyce’s leadership, our company earned certification from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a Women Owned Business, affirming the influence of women across every facet of our organization. Her dedication to artistry and sustainability was further honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from Aid to Artisans.
